- Don’t forget to take care of yourself. Relax and unwind.
- Don’t forget the people who are there for you even when they see you at your busiest and/or worst. Everyone has a different demeanor when there is pressure. Genuine people truly know this.
- Don’t forget to not lose sight of the true meaning of personal growth. Without struggle, there is no progress. Believe it or not, struggle changes us for the better.
- Don’t forget that you are loved and people need you here. Stress can stir up some disturbing and nasty thoughts. People will not be better off without you, life is challenging you and proving that you have what it takes to keep going.
